Appointments
Your time is reserved just for you. For the most part, I keep close to schedule. I allow 15 minutes between appointments except for when I have a past life regression session/QHHT session and then I allow 30 minutes to prepare for the next appointment. If I am running late, I may offer you the choice of meeting for a reduced time at a reduced fee, or of rescheduling at your convenience.
Cancellations
If you are not able to keep an appointment, please let me know as soon as you can. Because I am at the studio by appointment only, any last minute cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee of 25% of the cost of the session.
Making contact
The best ways to reach me are via email (listed below in the footer). You may also call me by phone (my phone number is on any printed literature or in the signature of any email). I will answer my phone personally if I am not in a session. Otherwise, you will be able to leave a message. I will respond to either a voicemail or email within 24 hours unless otherwise specified in the message or auto reply, for instance if I am on vacation etc.
Payment
I currently accept cash, all major credit cards via Paypal, personal checks.
Refund Policy
No refunds. Credit can be applied to other classes or service, or gift cards
